Bitwise Technology

Bitwise Technology was hired by Kronics, a healthtech startup, to develop a digital platform for the chronic health environment. The platform facilitates virtual interaction between doctors, nutritionists and patients, aiming to provide top-notch service. Bitwise was selected after interviewing ten software development companies, with referrals and mission engagement being the deciding factors. The Bitwise team, consisting of ten full stack web and mobile developers and UX designers, was led by a project manager who was the key liaison with Kronics. They were responsible for choosing software tools and coding languages for the mobile and web applications.

In a separate project, Bitwise Technology was hired to develop a management software for a technology company. The software was designed to manage the company's employees from the moment they are hired until their entire life within the company. The project was born out of a need for a document management solution that would not detract from the main focus of the company's employees. After presenting the idea to five potential suppliers, Bitwise was chosen for their understanding of the project, their focus on quality, and their flexibility with finances. The Bitwise team, consisting of a product owner, a designer, a backend developer, and a frontend developer, completed the first three stages of the project within the first month. The project was managed using agile methodology through the Scrum framework.
