BitsCrunch was hired by Decentralized Community Brands to create a computer vision artificial intelligence model to detect forged content in non-fungible token markets. The model was built using Python, SQL, openCV, and JavaScript, and relied on a database of indexed token metadata including owner, creator, collection, and content data. A thumbprint of each piece of verified content was created, which could then be compared to newly created token content to determine if it was forged. The CEO of Decentralized Community Brands worked closely with the technical team at BitsCrunch and was pleased with the alignment of their goals and methodologies.
ONE / OFF, a company focused on creating an ecosystem for black artists, institutions, and art workers on the blockchain, hired bitsCrunch to build an API and database to log and track market transactions. The database and API were designed to scrape data from the block explorer and pull associated metadata. BitsCrunch also helped create the frontend around the database. The company was able to export data to excel and quickly analyze total sales and the available works of the artists. They were satisfied with bitsCrunch's work, appreciating the clean format of the data and the room left for experimentation and innovation. The engagement started in January 2021 and is still ongoing.
