Sandora, a food and beverage company, enlisted BitGiants' help to modernize its IT infrastructure. With goals aimed at streamlined system uptime, automated data backups, and bolstered operational efficiency network-wide, Sandora needed BitGiants to provide a solution. The project comprised enhancing Sandora's cybersecurity approach, and integrating 24/7 help desk support for responsive tech resolution. Selected through an online search due to high ratings, BitGiants was a trusted partner in this endeavor costing around $10,000 to $49,999.

BitGiants not only managed Sandora's entire IT infrastructure but also their overall system security. The scope saw the IT giants handle network setup, cloud resource management, and automated daily backup systems implementation. The team size ranged between two and five BitGiants' teammates who provided 24/7 tech support to Sandora personnel. The project which commenced in June 2024 saw BitGiants deploy Active Directory and Microsoft 365 for identity and access management.

The collaboration yielded immense results for Sandora, with improvements across their corporate network. BitGiants successfully deployed IT tools and platforms, integrating cloud storage solutions, and setting up disaster recovery and data backup systems. Robust firewall protection was instituted, and round-the-clock network monitoring was set up to ensure security and operational effectiveness.
