Bitflow

Bitflow was hired by HOKALI, a sports lessons marketplace based in San Francisco, to build their platform from scratch. The platform was designed to allow coaches to sign up and offer their services, and for customers to book these lessons. Bitflow was chosen for the project due to their strong reputation and recommendation from a previous client. The team from Bitflow, comprised of backend and frontend engineers, a designer, and a project manager, worked closely with HOKALI to define the scope of work, data architecture, and data structures. The final product was a two-sided marketplace equipped with an admin tool for managing daily operations. Technologies used included AWS Services, Node Js, Next Js, Twilio, Mailgun, and Google Sheets. The client expressed satisfaction with the smooth process and the final product.

Bitflow was also hired by a nonprofit organization for custom software development. The organization was looking for a strategic partner to help co-create their idea. After meeting with several companies, Bitflow was chosen for their professionalism, quick response, competitive pricing, and trustworthiness. The four-person team from Bitflow introduced their methodology and worked closely with the client through the discovery phase, building a detailed document outlining all the features and functions of the project. The project was divided into sprints, with weekly catchups for updates and doubts. The client appreciated Bitflow's openness to suggestions and their alignment with the project objectives.
