Bitflow

Bitflow was hired by HOKALI, a San Francisco-based sports lessons marketplace, to build their platform from scratch. The goal was to create a product where coaches could offer their services, and users could book lessons with them. Bitflow provided a team of backend and frontend engineers, a designer, and a project manager. The project resulted in a two-sided marketplace for coaches and users, and an admin tool for the support team. The project used technologies such as AWS Services, Node Js, Next Js, Twilio, Mailgun, and Google Sheets. The HOKALI team chose Bitflow based on their connection during conversations and the recommendation from a colleague.

For a Nonprofit Organization, Bitflow was hired to co-create a software solution. The organization had an idea of what they wanted but needed a strategic partner to provide feedback and guidance. Bitflow was chosen for their professionalism, quick response, competitive pricing, and the trust they instilled. The project was divided into sprints and included a discovery phase, weekly catch-ups, and direct communication through a dedicated Slack channel. The Bitflow team consisted of a project manager, tech lead, UX/UI front-end developer, and test lead. The project was successful, with Bitflow always open to suggestions and aligned with the organization's objectives.
