BITEGRICO was hired by MDS IT Services, a Los Angeles-based software development and DevOps provider, to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Prior to this, MDS IT Services had no CRM in place. The goal was to not only implement the CRM but also to train the company's employees on its use and create documentation for future reference. BITEGRICO, a team of two, was selected for the project through Upwork. The project entailed building the CRM and providing comprehensive training to the MDS IT Services team.
