Bitecode

Bitecode was hired by QA Bird sp. z o.o., a company that offers QA consulting, automation, and testing services, to design and develop a custom settlement platform. The project's goal was to deliver complex financial features and tailor them to specific business workflows and operational needs. Bitecode was referred to QA Bird and assigned 2-5 employees to work on this project. The scope of work included the end-to-end design, development, and launch of a modern digital platform called Monlib.pl. This platform was created to deliver user-friendly content, manage secure access, and perform efficiently under varying loads. Key deliverables included workshops to define business objectives, target users, and feature priorities, creation of user personas, flows, and use cases, wireframes and high-fidelity UI/UX mockups optimized for web and mobile, a style guide and component library, custom web platform development, and integration with payment systems like Stripe and Przelewy24.
