Bitcube was engaged by Bruce's Doggy Day Care, a leading dog daycare provider in the UK, to develop a scalable CRM system. The project involved the creation of a cloud-based CRM system for internal users, an iOS app for customers, and an iPad app for drivers. The iOS app allows customers to make bookings, check the status of their dogs, manage their information, set up their dog’s profile, and see invoices. The iPad app is used by drivers to check in and check out dogs, and update information about the dogs in real time. The custom-made CRM system was designed to handle multiple branches. The project was ambitious and took 120 days for documentation alone. The collaboration started in February 2015 and is ongoing, with Bitcube currently working on a monthly retainer for new enhancements or functionality and maintenance.

Bitcube was contracted by a cultural analytics company to develop an analytics platform. The company wanted to launch their public-facing web properties and start developing their core enterprise platform MVP. Bitcube was responsible for all the development for the initial MVP and provided top-to-bottom stat services. The platform was built on Google Cloud and Bitcube handled all SaaS development, frontend, platform as a service, SecOps, and application support. They also did all the UI/UX work on the core platform. The collaboration started in November 2016 and is ongoing, with the site launched in March 2017. To date, the company has invested over $500,000 in the project.
