The California-based firm was hired based on a recommendation and their expertise in Shopify and mobile app creation. BitCot's team, including the founder and at least two developers, not only got the site working again but also developed Shopify apps tailored to the company's specific business needs.

In another project, BitCot was hired by The Balesky Experience Inc., a life coaching services provider, to redesign and optimize their website. The company found BitCot through an online search and a referral, and chose them based on their high ratings, good value for cost, and aligned company values. BitCot assigned 6-10 employees to the project, delivering a completely redesigned website with enhanced retail capabilities, a more comprehensive user profile system, and a streamlined back end for improved workflow efficiency.

BitCot also completed a project for Pacific Premier Insurance, an insurance company. The company was referred to BitCot and chose them for their great culture fit and aligned company values. With a team of 2-5 employees, BitCot was tasked with creating an automated net promoter score collector. This tool would be used to gather scores for different tasks completed by the insurance agency, aiding in their operational efficiency.
