BitBag was hired by Canada's leading supplier of wholesale smoking accessories to create an online store that could handle over 7,000 different product SKUs. The company needed a scalable platform that could connect with their inventory systems, and BitBag was chosen to handle everything related to Sylius, the chosen eCommerce platform. The project involved collaboration with a third-party agency, the client's inventory and sales system team, and the purchasing and marketing teams. The client was pleased with the development projects, project management, solution brainstorming, and customer shopping experience refinement provided by BitBag.

A retail company in Belarus hired BitBag to rework their product delivery website. The existing site was difficult to scale, so the decision was made to recreate it from scratch. BitBag took over the project when it was around 30% complete, providing full-stack development and transferring data from the old platform to the new one. The team also helped the company find DevOps resources and manage communication between the DevOps team and their developers. The platform, which includes an admin panel, an order processing panel, and a route generator, was successfully launched in January 2019 and BitBag continues to work on improvements and additional filtering possibilities.

Infolox, an online agency, contracted BitBag to be their implementation partner for e-commerce solutions built on the Sylius enterprise software. The company creates digital catalogs and corporate websites for mid-sized businesses, and BitBag was responsible for implementing e-commerce solutions and developing extensions for interfaces. The team from BitBag also includes frontend developers and Symfony PHP developers. The collaboration, which started in mid-2017, is ongoing, with Infolox investing approximately $332,000 USD per year in BitBag's services.
