Bit Zesty collaborated with Easol, an experience commerce platform, to build crucial systems in response to the company's rapid growth and shortage of engineers. The projects included enhancing the efficiency of their email system, upgrading to a newer version of Ruby on Rails, and setting up a two-factor authentication system. Bit Zesty also provided recommendations to improve the platform's infrastructure. The engagement, which happened between December 2021 and September 2022, primarily involved the CTO and Co-founder of Bit Zesty, Matt, and a Developer, Lubos.

A London-based human rights charity hired Bit Zesty to take over the maintenance and support of one of their project websites after the existing support arrangement expired.
