BIOS. Power BI Development was hired by Kernel, a leading sunflower oil producer, to consolidate and streamline their HR data. The company, which employs nearly 11,000 workers across several regions of Ukraine, needed a comprehensive dashboard to analyze recruitment KPIs and worker outflow. BIOS was chosen due to the longstanding relationship with the owner. A business analyst and a developer from BIOS worked together to collect, consolidate and improve the data from several different systems, before developing the dashboard. The project was completed swiftly and efficiently, much to the satisfaction of Kernel.

TSUM, a large fashion boutique, engaged BIOS. Power BI Development to develop individual components for their reporting system. The standard reporting system was not adequately presenting the information, so BIOS was brought in to develop components that matched the designer's vision for the report. The team at BIOS, which included a business analyst and a developer, successfully developed components that mirrored the design exactly. The client had previously worked with the owner of BIOS and was pleased with the results of this project.

The company needed their existing analytical reporting system for sales upgraded with additional calculations and new indicators.
