Binovate Labs

Binovate Labs was hired by the Romanian affiliate of AstraZeneca to develop a custom software solution that would support their new omnichannel customer engagement model. The project involved the evolution of the existing Customer Excellence Expert (CEX) solution to support a more complex planning model, allowing for strategic omnichannel planning, translation into tactical plans, and individual operational plans. The solution also enabled monitoring and adjustments of plans for optimal customer interaction. The project was carried out by a team of 12, including a product lead, solution architect, project manager, quality assurance, and senior developers. The successful completion of the project has led to the implementation of the evolved CEX solution across markets in CEE.

For another project, Binovate Labs was tasked by a pharmaceutical company to develop a software application that would maintain a local HCP database and automatically calculate fair market value fees. The company was selected based on the success of previous projects and cost-effectiveness. The software solution developed was customized to meet the local needs of the company and was designed with a user-friendly interface. The project was executed by a team of three from Binovate Labs and was well received by the business.

In a third project, Binovate Labs developed a web-based application for a pharmaceutical company. The aim was to create a platform that would connect oncologists with other medical specialists and new therapies for patient referrals. The project was carried out by the company owner and the entire project team. The pharmaceutical company, which had already selected Binovate Labs as a service provider, invested less than €60,000 in the project. The engagement, which lasted from July 2019 to April 2020, was deemed a success.
