Bigfork worked closely with Norwich City Council to create LUMi, a digital community sharing platform, in 2017. In 2022, they were hired again to redesign LUMi with improved functionality and a modern, user-friendly website. They were chosen due to their proximity to the council, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the council's values. The project involved 2-5 employees from Bigfork and was successfully completed, resulting in a vibrant and user-friendly digital platform.

Bigfork was hired by Interface Enterprise, a specialist training and consulting firm, to create a fresh, easy-to-navigate, and accessible website. The company was recommended to Interface Enterprise, and they were chosen for their location, budget-friendly pricing, and company culture. The project required a mobile-friendly design, clear navigation, search engine optimization, and integration with Mailchimp among other features. The new website was successfully launched, meeting all the specified requirements and enhancing the firm's online presence.

Omar Group, a manufacturer and service provider in the UK Parks industry, hired Bigfork for website development, hosting, and SEO services. Bigfork was chosen based on their excellent reputation and was referred to Omar Group. The project involved designing, building, and providing ongoing services for 10 different websites. The project was a success, with Bigfork effectively managing the website hosting and support, and implementing SEO strategies to improve the online visibility of Omar Group.
