BigCheese was hired by a Dev-Tool Development Company to optimize their cloud infrastructure and improve their pipelines and deploys. The project aimed to utilize the latest AWS technology servers, update the tech stack, and deploy more often on different branches and stages. The project was led by a project leader and a devops specialist. The project was conducted in a systematic approach, setting bi-weekly goals and reviewing proposed solutions before approving changes. The project resulted in an optimized cloud infrastructure and improved pipelines and deploys, meeting the client's expectations.

In another project, BigCheese was commissioned by Nuevo Siglo, a cable TV company in Uruguay, to develop an Audience Rating System. The system aimed to gather information about audience viewing habits and ratings using Set Top Boxes as an information source. The project was executed by a team of 2-3 members including the COO and a programmer. The project resulted in a successful Audience Rating System that provided valuable insights into viewership patterns, channel ratings, and viewing times.

For a shipping company, BigCheese developed a personalized system to streamline operations that were becoming unfeasible due to company growth.
