Big Pond Digital was hired by Sports Gambler, a prominent online betting platform, to enhance their brand's visibility on both global and local Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs). The primary objective was to secure and maintain high rankings for both non-brand intent-based keywords and brand keywords. The project was initiated via industry referrals and involved a comprehensive onboarding process. This included a detailed brief and pitch by Big Pond Digital, followed by face-to-face meetings with the client's marketing operations team. The team from Big Pond Digital comprised an account director and an account manager, while the client-side team included the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Manager, Affiliate Manager, Head of Development Operations for technical implementations, and Project Managers. The collaboration resulted in significant improvements in the client's brand SERPs, thereby meeting the project's objectives.
