Big Human

Big Human was hired by Of A Kind, a fashion and home e-commerce company, to revamp their Shopify platform. The team of four from Big Human, which included a project manager, designer, and developers, worked on the project from September 2015 to October 2019. The decision to hire Big Human was influenced by their impressive project management skills, which the co-founder of Of A Kind had previously experienced. The project cost approximately $500,000.

RoomZoom, a roommate matching platform, engaged Big Human to create their database, frontend, and code the algorithm for roommate matching. The founder of RoomZoom had only wireframes and an algorithm, but with the help of Big Human's team, which included a designer, UX expert, backend developer, product manager, and frontend designer, they were able to build the complete platform. The decision to hire Big Human was based on the personable and smart nature of Steve, the managing director.

A cryptocurrency exchanger and custodian hired Big Human to assist in their initial brand exploration. Big Human helped the company establish its name and logos, brainstorming several options before settling on the right fit. They also assisted with launching microsites and redesigning the company's marketing website. The team from Big Human consisted of approximately six people, including creative experts and the managing partner, Steve. The partnership lasted from August 2014 to April 2018, with the company taking the project in-house halfway through the redesign of their marketing website. Despite this, Big Human was seen as a valuable and strategic partner.
