Big Buzz

Big Buzz was hired by a national senior living organization to assist with a comprehensive rebrand. The company had been operating primarily stand-alone memory care communities for over 35 years and wanted to reposition itself as a premier senior living provider. Big Buzz conducted customer surveys and used the feedback to develop brand differentiators, essence, and messaging. After evaluating over 300 names, the new name 'Sinceri Senior Living' was chosen, reflecting the sincere and genuine nature of the organization. The client worked directly with Big Buzz's client services manager, CEO, and marketing strategy manager, among others.

Big Buzz was also engaged by PreXion, a dental CT scanner manufacturer, to enhance their marketing strategy and design a new WordPress website. The aim was to take the company's marketing to the next level and support its growth. Big Buzz helped form a specific strategy, which was broken down into different elements including content marketing and email marketing. They also designed and developed PreXion's new website, ensuring it had all necessary functionalities and information. SEO enhancements were also incorporated into the platform. The client interacted with between 6–7 teammates and had a main point of contact.
