BFlow

BFlow was hired by Felm, a faith-based organization, to act as a backup admin and develop custom solutions for their Salesforce organization. The primary reason for this collaboration was the enthusiasm and problem-solving approach demonstrated by BFlow's Boris. The project involved the development of various custom solutions, some simple and others complex, all built from scratch. One significant achievement was the creation of a "payment linking tool" that automatically or semi-automatically linked all donations to a donor, campaign/agreement, and project. This system was then integrated with Felm's accounting system. BFlow's team, consisting of an admin/developer and a developer, made significant improvements to this tool, adding numerous automations. The client's feedback was overwhelmingly positive, noting Boris's attitude and problem-solving ability as key factors in their ongoing cooperation.
