Beyonra was hired by VP JAIN AUTO, an automobile parts distributor, to implement a custom CRM system that would fit their specific sales and order workflow. The scope of work included a thorough discovery phase, the design and development of a custom CRM system, margin and revenue analysis, and team onboarding and handover. The new CRM system provided a unified view of customer profiles, automated follow-up flagging, an account performance dashboard, integrated sales team task management, and a clear reporting layer. The system also helped the company identify a structural issue in their pricing for certain repeat customer accounts, allowing them to adjust their pricing structure accordingly. The project was successful, with the team from Beyonra being present and responsive throughout every phase.
