The team at Beyond Key Systems began by understanding the business logic rules, reviewing the existing code, documenting the workflow, and identifying potential improvements. They then rewrote the program code in compliance with the most recent business guidelines and validations and integrated the system with the company's document management platform. Warnings were implemented to alert end-users about potentially incorrect or questionable financial sums, and integrated reports were produced to support significant decisions about the system.
