The employee also trained the newly hired Project Manager for a month.

Brilliance Business Solutions, an e-commerce company, engaged Beyond the Chaos to create a process for project managers to use their project management system for future resource scheduling, help organize process documents, and provide guidance on project-based reporting. The company found Beyond the Chaos through a referral and selected them for the project. Two to five employees from Beyond the Chaos were assigned to the project and successfully created a process for resource scheduling, created a report in Mavenlink for forecasting billable and non-billable hours, and helped organize process documents.
