Bestarion

Bestarion was hired by a large healthcare supply chain organization to create a data platform. The primary goal was to reduce manual item master maintenance by synchronizing, cleansing, and enriching the organization's item master data with product and pricing information derived directly from medical-surgical manufacturers. The platform provided continual data cleansing and conditioning, tools for data customization, capabilities of maintaining multiple data descriptions, access to an industry-wide catalog of 800,000 items, and more. The project was a success, with the healthcare organization expressing satisfaction with the value for cost, alignment with company values, and the referral that led them to Bestarion.

An accounting services firm, CNY, engaged Bestarion to handle their accounting functions, including bookkeeping and payroll. Bestarion provided transaction categorization, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, general ledger and revenue reconciliation with bank deposits, books cleanup, financial statements and reports, and support in worker compensation audit. The firm's principal found Bestarion to be a great culture fit and appreciated the alignment of company values. The project was successful, with 20 teammates from Bestarion assigned to it, and the client was pleased with the outcome.

Bestarion was hired by a provider of smart learning solutions for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) courses in the United States to develop an e-learning platform. The platform was designed to deliver personalized, adaptive learning applications and provide easy and convenient access to the programs for thousands of schools and hundreds of thousands of students. The e-learning platform developed by Bestarion included testing and practicing pages for students, an Administration Dashboard for Schools, and an Administration Dashboard for the client company. The platform was a success, integrating easily with other electronic learning platforms such as Agilix, Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle.
