Beside the Park

Beside the Park collaborated with Edge NPD, a Business Intelligence service provider, to develop a custom ad server, Big Data, and analytical modules for live events stream processing and reporting. The project aimed to outsource a significant part of the platform within the original timeline, necessitated by the failure of the previous vendor to deliver the promised functionalities. Beside the Park provided an experienced system architect and development team with various competencies including Google Cloud, Big Data, node.js, and react. The client expressed deep trust in Beside the Park's approach and values, and was satisfied with their delivery.

When working with WHENUBUY, an online purchase solution company, Beside the Park was tasked with designing the software architecture, selecting the technology, developing an MVP of the software solutions, and integrating selected external data sources. The project involved materializing the product idea into a working solution, which included stages such as high-level business requirements formulation, supplier selection, UI/UX design consultation, software architecture design and technology selection, and development of the MVP of the solution with an Android app as a front end. The project concluded with beta testing on the Android platform, public release of the Android App, and preparation and release of the iOS mobile application.

In their partnership with Molecular Worldwide Sp. z o.o., a full-service creative agency, Beside the Park was hired to modernize and upgrade the agency's main application, ensuring stability and long-term maintainability. They were also tasked with maintaining and enhancing the application with new features, integrating the system with other platforms and services critical to the agency's operations, introducing AI-driven solutions to the project, and designing and developing complementary side projects supporting the agency's core business. The project saw the successful migration of the application to Symfony 7, a scalable cloud-ready architecture, comprehensive test coverage, improved development quality, refactoring and maintenance of the codebase, and delivery of AI-enhanced functionalities supporting client workflows.
