Benzne successfully completed a project for a large Indian IT organization, where the challenge was to find a balance between multiple teams in a scaled agile framework. The main goal was to deliver the project on time and on a fixed cost in a scrum framework. Benzne was selected through a senior manager referral who was impressed with their agile consulting services. The project involved conducting workshops to help all the teams understand how a scaled agile framework works and develop an agile delivery mindset. The workshops were initially conducted face-to-face and later moved online. The team was composed of five teams spread across different geographies, each with 7-8 members.

The company initially used a mix of Agile and Scrum methodologies but had migrated over to a Waterfall model over the years without external consultancy. Benzne was brought on board for a four-week pilot to understand the company's current software development lifecycle, agile footprint, Scrum setup, and overall framework. After assessing the company's understanding and performance within Scrum, Benzne presented their findings and recommendations, including a roadmap and a plan to improve key metrics over the next 3-6 months. The engagement with Benzne resulted in a more efficient and collaborative team.

A senior manager at ITC Ltd., a fast-moving consumer goods organization, hired Benzne to deliver training on developing an 'Agile mindset' in employees. Benzne was selected through an online search due to their competitive pricing and good value for cost. The scope of work involved delivering 'Agile mindset' training to mid-senior level employees to improve 'bias for action'. Various tools and techniques for being agile were shared with the participants through engaging activities. The project was successfully executed with 2-5 Benzne employees assigned to it.
