Spence & Hill GmbH, a security service company, sought Belichberg's expertise to address an issue with their old systems that were generating a large number of false video alarms. Belichberg developed an AI model from scratch to filter out these false alarms and detect relevant objects such as persons and vehicles. The engagement, which started in August 2019, is ongoing and has so far cost between €200,000–€250,000 (approximately $202,000–$252,000 USD). The client chose to work with Belichberg due to a previous professional relationship with the owner, Mykola, who had previously worked for a sister company of Spence & Hill.
