Belatrix, a Globant division, was contracted by Mutare, a small software company based in Chicago, to augment their team’s development capabilities. The scope of their involvement included providing two .NET developers and a QA person for a project that spanned from April 2015 to October 2016. Additionally, Belatrix was also hired for a separate project that required two additional .NET developers for a four to five-month period. Belatrix also has an ongoing relationship with Mutare for mobile development, writing code for Android and iOS based on Mutare’s specifications.

Belatrix was chosen by Chatham Financial to help manage their large backlog of work. The project involved building tools for both internal productivity and external client applications. Belatrix was mainly responsible for the front-end development tasks, while a specialist team handled pricing models internally. The decision to work with Belatrix was made after a review of different locations, cultures, and skill sets available. Argentina was chosen due to its similar time zone to Chatham Financial, and Belatrix was selected as the best fit. The project has cost over $1 million and is ongoing.

PinpointCare, a Software-as-a-service company, engaged Belatrix to augment their .NET staff and frontend development. The project involved transforming a prototype built in PHP and MySQL into a cloud-based application with a .NET backend and AngularJS frontend. Belatrix contributed to 70% of all the frontend development, providing design services using HTML and CSS, and production for that design. They also contributed 5-10% of the backend development. The total cost of the project was over $200,000 and was completed in 2016.
