The project involved a series of discovery meetings, initial designs, finalization of the chosen design, and feedback through In-vision. The client worked with a team of four from BeeTcore, including a Project Manager, two designers, and a QA resource. The client chose BeeTcore based on recommendations, industry experience, affordable pricing, work ethics, and team expertise.

A macroeconomic modeling association hired BeeTcore to create and manage their website for a virtual conference. The project was divided into three key deliverables: website design, membership registration, and conference registration. The client's only contact person was the project manager from BeeTcore. The vendor was chosen based on his competence demonstrated through a preliminary task.
