Beesby

Beesby was hired by a consumer electronics company to create a portal for import process adjustments. The portal, developed using .net technology, was designed with the main functionality of comparing the company's order with the supplier's delivery and included workflows for handling divergences. The client's main point of contact was a professional named Roberto. The project was successful and the client was satisfied with Beesby's work.

A steel services company engaged Beesby to replace their existing ERP with SAP and rebuild the PLC communication interface between their production equipment and SAP. Beesby created a new interface on the ERP side using SAP's SCP and Cloud Connector. The flow of information from the ERP to the PLC, and vice versa, worked perfectly from the first day of using the new ERP. The client worked directly with a consultant, and the project was executed flawlessly.

Beesby worked with a bearing engineering firm, SKF, to develop a loyalty program aimed at strengthening relationships between distributors and resellers. Beesby's experience and know-how in developing loyalty programs were key factors in their selection. The project was divided into two main steps: explaining the program to the distributor and integrating data, followed by marketing the program to customers. Beesby's team of ten, including a PMO, Tech Lead, Developers, Scrum Master, and salesman, successfully completed the project to the client's satisfaction.
