Beechwood Film was hired by the Poet Laureate of the State of Maine to produce a series of short films to promote Maine’s bicentennial. The project involved creating 15 short films, which featured Mainers reciting poems by Maine writers in various locations around the state. The films, which averaged about three minutes in length, included appearances by Governor Janet Mills, visual artist Daniel Minter, and children from a writing program in Portland. Beechwood Film was responsible for arranging the filming locations, handling the sound, and managing the visual elements. The company also edited the films and uploaded them to the Maine Public Television website. The project, which cost approximately $26,000, ran from December 2019 to September 2020.

Biting Owl Productions contracted Beechwood Film for a comprehensive one-day documentary film shoot. The company was selected for the job based on their excellent reel and history of quality work. For this project, Beechwood's team included Lindsay, who served as the Cinematographer, and Jason, who was the Sound Recordist. The feedback process was smooth, resulting in a successful collaboration. The quality of the video produced and the professionalism of the Beechwood team was highly praised.
