In another project, Beansmile was hired by Tower Systems to develop task management software called Ezitask. The software allows bosses to assign tasks to employees and facilitates collaboration and scheduling. Beansmile used Ruby on Rails for the backend and a JavaScript framework on the frontend. They also developed an iOS app and an Android app. The main goal was to make the website easy to use for older small business owners. The project ran from summer 2013 until 2016, with a total investment of around $100,000. The client appreciated Beansmile's passion for coding and impressive programming practices.

Beansmile was also engaged by eBest Pty Ltd, an online grocery e-commerce company, to develop their website, mobile application, and WeChat Mini Program. Beansmile designed a robust technology framework that could support all three platforms concurrently. They also integrated Alibaba Cloud services for hosting, database management, and other backend operations. The project involved a team of 2-5 employees from Beansmile. Key deliverables included comprehensive technical documentation, backend services, frontend development, deployment and testing, and training and handover.
