The client, the head of HR, needed to outsource an HR position and engaged BCCI to find a suitable candidate. BCCI provided a Talent Specialist who offered profiles of potential candidates for the position. Although the first choice from the initial batch of candidates declined the offer, a suitable candidate was found in the second batch. The entire recruitment process took one month, from December 2020 to January 2021, with a total investment of approximately $400 USD.
In a separate project, BCCI Consulting provided staff augmentation services for a business consultant's end clients, one being a BPO company, and the other a technology company. The consultant was facing retention challenges and required mass hiring, so they sought out BCCI's expertise. BCCI was tasked with finding 100 employees with software development experience and three backend programmers proficient in English. The collaboration spanned from July to September 2022, with the consultant investing approximately $21,000 USD in the partnership.
