The company's head of HR was in contact with two consultants from BCCI Consulting, who provided a Talent Specialist. The consultants asked clarifying questions about the role and offered profiles of potential candidates for the client to interview. Although the first candidate selected did not accept the offer, the client successfully hired a candidate from the second batch. The entire recruitment process took one month, from December 2020 to January 2021, and cost the client 65,000 Pakistani Rupees (approximately $400 USD).
In a separate project, BCCI Consulting was hired by a business consultant to assist with mass hiring initiatives for two end client companies - a BPO company and a technology company. The consultant needed to onboard a significant number of employees due to ongoing retention challenges. BCCI Consulting identified candidates proficient in English for remote roles. They were tasked to find 100 employees with software development experience for the BPO company's migration project and three backend programmers for the technology company.
