Haply Robotics, a full-stack software, mechanical manufacturing, sales, and fulfillment company, sought the services of Bay Forward for the customization of their Odoo ERP system to better fit their business flow and team requirements. They recognized the need for custom modules to integrate other software systems, as well as an overhaul of their accounting system. Over the course of the project, Bay Forward, with a team of 2-5 assigned employees, impressively tailored the Odoo system to match Haply Robotics' expectations. The project scope included the enhancement of the ERP’s performance, brainstorming creative concepts for possible implementation, building custom modules and an upgrade from Odoo V17 to V19. Bay Forward also showcased resourcefulness by sourcing and modifying available modules in the open-source community to reduce the cost and burden of customization.
