BaruzoTech Private Limited was hired by a small construction/carpentry company to help automate their employee scheduling process. Initially, the company was using an Excel sheet for scheduling, but as their needs grew, they sought a more efficient solution. BaruzoTech leveraged their prior experience with the company's Google Sheets issues to build a user interface that extracted key information, found corresponding PDFs based on work orders, and collected, named, and stored photos in Google Drive. The developed app also logged worked hours into an employee-specific Google Sheet. The development process was collaborative, with BaruzoTech keeping the client updated on progress and conducting tests at each phase to ensure the absence of errors. The client appreciated the direct communication with Kevin, one of the founders of BaruzoTech. The final product proved to be user-friendly and efficient, meeting the client's needs and expectations.
