Bartlett Brands collaborated with Colada Shop, a Cuban social outpost, to develop their brand identity. The company already had a concept and a name, but Bartlett Brands was brought in to establish a comprehensive branding strategy including a logo, website elements, retail packaging, and more. The project began in January 2016 and was completed in June of the same year, before the opening of Colada Shop's first store. The partnership continues today, with Bartlett Brands providing ongoing support for menu revisions and other small tasks.

In another project, Bartlett Brands worked with Biossance, a division of biotech company Amyris, to rebrand and repackage their skincare products. The challenge was to strengthen the brand presence of their fantastic technology and formulation. Bartlett Brands was able to simplify the convoluted branding and messaging, developing a clear and concise positioning. They provided brand strategy, brand development, package design, and other marketing collateral. The partnership started in May or June 2016 and continues today, with Bartlett Brands serving as an ongoing creative partner.

Lastly, Bartlett Brands was hired by ipsy, a beauty company targeting millennials, to define their brand platform. The goal was to codify ipsy's visual identity and voice. The deliverables included a brand platform, style guide, and voice guide, which were all approved by the CEO and rolled out to all teams at ipsy. The team from Bartlett Brands included leads for design, production, and editorial and strategy.
