Barretto was hired by the Bay Area Brewers Guild, a marketing trade association, to provide branding services. The company was tasked with creating a new brand identity, thematic concepts and designs, and design-driven strategic marketing. A team of 2-5 employees from Barretto worked on the project. They developed a new identity that captured the diversity of the Bay area and harmonized the unique personality of each region with the overarching mission of the organization. Since this initial project, Barretto has taken on many more design projects for the association, including theme-driven events, product roll-outs, and co-marketing initiatives. The results have been very positive, with the company supporting hundreds of small businesses throughout California.

In another project, Barretto was engaged by an educational nonprofit organization to redesign their website and handle the branding of their annual conference. The team also designed PowerPoint presentations and social media graphics. The project began with a discovery phase where strategy development, research, and analysis were discussed. Barretto then moved on to redesigning the website in WordPress, including wireframing and prototyping. They also conducted a testing and QA phase before the site's launch. A digital healthcare company, Avail, hired Barretto to create a new brand and implement it across all digital and printed channels. The company was seeking a new brand voice and look and feel. Barretto began the project with customer and company interviews to understand the product values and benefits. They then presented a messaging matrix and website proposal. Once the website was complete, the new look and feel was rolled out across various channels and campaigns. The project was a success, with the new brand effectively implemented across the company's digital and printed materials.
