Barrage

Barrage was hired by a digital agency to provide customer support for an online proposal creation tool. The agency selected Barrage based on their customer support resources and stellar recommendations. Barrage integrated a support ticketing system, in-app chat, and took over handling all customer support tickets, feature requests, and bug reports. Depending on the volume of support tickets, 4-6 people from Barrage worked on the project, led by the customer support lead.

For the travel agency, Travelspot, Barrage was engaged to assist with the technical aspects of their platform. Barrage's work involved design and technical performance improvements of the app, facilitating contact with providers on the platform, and implementing better UX designs. The platform was built from scratch by Barrage and is currently functional, with plans to add more features. The team composition varied based on the project status, with 5-7 people from development and IT departments and 2-3 designers collaborating with Travelspot. The engagement started in April 2020 and is still ongoing, with an investment of over €300,000.

Roango, a matchmaking platform, hired Barrage for custom software development and customer support. Barrage primarily focused on backend development, using Rust for coding. The platform was custom-built according to Roango's needs, with Barrage using their server infrastructure. Barrage's backend team produced a high-quality MVP that has been iterated on. The team consisted of a product owner, a lead systems engineer, and 5-7 other teammates working on the product. The project started in January 2020 and is still ongoing, with an investment of around €1 million.
