Barrage was hired by a digital agency to provide application management and support for an online proposal creation tool. The agency was lacking in-house resources for customer support, so Barrage stepped in to fill this gap. They integrated their support ticketing system and in-app chat, handling all customer support tickets, feature requests, and bug reports. The agency worked directly with Barrage's customer support lead, with a team of 4-6 people handling the support tickets. The feedback from the agency was positive, praising the stellar recommendations and customer support resources provided by Barrage.
In another project, Barrage worked with Travelspot, a travel company, to provide platform design and technical support. The team at Barrage helped with the design and technical performance of the company's app, making the platform more functional and implementing better UX designs. They also aided in establishing contact with providers on the platform. The travel company worked with around 5-7 people from Barrage's development and IT departments, as well as 2-3 designers. The project, which started in April 2020, was ongoing at the time of reporting. The travel company had invested over €300,000(approximately $305,000 USD) in the project and reported that the platform was functional and they were planning to add more features.
Barrage was also engaged by Roango, a matchmaking platform that connects technical and creative resources, to develop their platform. Barrage focused on backend development using Rust for coding. The software was complex, but Barrage used their server infrastructure for the platform. Everything was custom-built for Roango's needs, with no premade frameworks used. Roango worked with a product owner, a lead systems engineer, and 5-7 other teammates from Barrage. The engagement, which started in January 2020, was ongoing at the time of reporting. Roango had invested around €1 million (approximately $1 million USD) in the project, and reported that Barrage had been able to produce a high-quality MVP that they have since iterated on. Barrage also provided customer support services to Roango.
