Baltic Amadeus

Baltic Amadeus was hired by a parking solutions company for software development and support. The company needed a cross-functional DevOps team that could expand during rapid development phases. Baltic Amadeus took over the development of the Unipark App backend, customer self-service, and billing software. Their main challenge was to improve system stability and performance, a goal they achieved in 1.5 years, despite the company's exponential growth. The team consisted of developers, Q&A, a support manager, and a team lead responsible for scrum ceremonies, technical support, software delivery, and operations.

Börsdata, a financial services company, hired Baltic Amadeus to rebuild their legacy code into a new React SPA application. The goal was to modernize their service and improve response time. Baltic Amadeus provided software experts in React, managed the development, and hired new consultants. The team was composed of three developers, one frontend, and two backend.

The telecommunications company, AB Telia Lietuva, employed Baltic Amadeus for design services. They were tasked with creating a new design for the "Telia Play" platform and supporting the current platform. The design needed to be modern, attractive, and user-friendly for both current and future "Telia Play" users. Baltic Amadeus was selected for this project due to a referral, and one of their employees was assigned to handle the task.
