Backpack Works

Backpack Works was hired by Dandy, a digital dental lab and lab management software provider, to design and develop a custom WordPress theme for their website. The Dandy team found Backpack Works through an online search and chose them for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. The team from Backpack Works, consisting of 2-5 employees, came in to work on the project when Dandy's website was extremely hard-coded. They successfully rebuilt the site, creating flexibility in Dandy's web experience for the first time. After the rebuild, Backpack Works provided Dandy with an extensive user guide, ensuring that the team could effectively utilize the newly built site. They also built the site with re-usability in mind, which means that Dandy did not have to create new components or experiences with every website update. Additionally, Backpack Works helped Dandy implement cookie consent and proper tracking systems, including Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. They also provided valuable input on website strategy. The outcome of the project was highly satisfactory for Dandy, as reflected in their positive feedback.
