BACKBONE

BACKBONE was hired by EYDAP S.A. - Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company to redesign and rebuild their mobile app "EYDAPP" which was initially developed by BACKBONE in 2014. The app had started receiving negative reviews due to errors and bugs. The project aimed to integrate new digital services, increase downloads, improve reviews, and increase the number of payments and inquiries received through the app. The project was completed with the combined efforts of an account manager, project manager, two developers, two designers, and a copywriter from BACKBONE. The new app received positive feedback and successfully achieved the set objectives.

White Key Villas, a luxury villa rental company in Greece, partnered with BACKBONE for a complete digital transformation of their company. The projects included website development, custom integrations, SEO for the website, design of multiple digital assets, mobile apps, custom web apps, and digital acquisition campaigns. The cooperation started with discovery sessions, followed by the creation of a digital strategy and a roadmap for converting traditional operations into a fully integrated digital experience. The booking process was fully automated for both clients and administrators. The team from BACKBONE consisted of an account manager, project manager, seven web developers, four web designers, and two performance marketers.

The Women's Leadership Accelerator hired BACKBONE to create a user-friendly website and develop a logo and brand kit that aligns with their values. The old website was outdated and not being used for business, so the client wanted a more modern version to advertise her services. The team from BACKBONE, consisting of 6-10 employees, went in-depth to understand the brand and delivered a brand kit and logo that the client loved. The newly developed website and logo received positive feedback and successfully met the client's needs.
