Bace Agency

Bace Agency worked on a project for a high-quality interpretation and translation services company, Speakr LLC. Their challenge was to integrate AI into the day-to-day activities of a 10-person civilian agency without compromising sensitive data. The Bace Agency developed a hybrid AI stack for efficiently managing sensitive data. This included assessing workflows, data sensitivity, and compliance requirements. They also implemented secure API pipelines and designed a hybrid solution combining a privately hosted local AI environment for confidential workloads with Azure AI for general productivity.

During the project, Bace Agency managed to build workflow automations for reporting, documentation, and summarization. They developed strict controls to prevent any data leakage and stood up translator-assisted workflows for non-English-speaking constituents. The agency also delivered hands-on AI training for the staff, covering secure prompting, approved tooling, role-specific use cases, and compliance guardrails. They created internal playbooks and prompt libraries as part of their job.

The project was completed within a span of five months, from October 2025 to February 2026. The Bace Agency provided post-launch support, including optimization, monitoring, and iteration to lock in productivity. The project cost between $10,000 and $49,999 which was within the budget of Speakr. The result of this partnership is a streamlined workflow that incorporates AI within their operations, thanks to the competent team at Bace Agency.
