Two recruiters, Ana and Marisel, worked directly with Blue Orange on this project.

In a project for Verde Finanzas, Búsquedas IT was hired to augment staff for the financial services company. The primary goal was to hire a Genexus developer. Búsquedas IT was selected based on their high ratings and proximity to the client's location. They were found through an online search. The team size was between 2-5 employees, who were responsible for searching and hiring Genexus developers.

The scope of work involved recruiting a new project manager for Hattrick IT, conducting initial interviews, and performing psychological evaluations.
