Ayrin Digital took on the task of designing and developing the ServiceQ platform for ServiceQ.ai, an auto QA company. The objective was to create an efficient, secure and user-friendly system to track, manage and score IT service tickets. The scope of the project involved a variety of key deliverables such as authentication and session management, ticket tracking and QA workflows, advanced sorting, searching, and exporting capabilities, and integration with ConnectWise for automatic data synchronization.
Ayrin Digital truly showed its expertise by meticulously working on each aspect of the ServiceQ platform. The team also developed key reports, including a fully functional ServiceQ web app, established automated workflows, and managed authentication and user session. On top of these, they carried out GCP cost analysis, LLM cost analysis, provided technical architecture, and set up GitHub actions CI/CD. All these deliverables and documents were shared with the ServiceQ.ai team on Microsoft Teams for future reference and scalability.
The successful engagement between Ayrin Digital and ServiceQ.ai lasted from October 2025 to April 2026. The final result was a comprehensive and efficient ServiceQ platform with an extensive version history and readiness for deployment. The codebase was appropriated to relevant stakeholders, displaying Ayrin Digital’s commitment to transparency and collaboration. The project effectively enhanced operational visibility and quality assurance workflows for ServiceQ.ai.
