Axonier

Axonier was hired by Tenaris, a pipe manufacturing company, to transform the work dynamics of their IT department to improve performance. The project involved conducting surveys and interviews at different levels of the organization to understand the expectations and current functioning of the IT area. Axonier also held workshops using design thinking methodology to seek solutions to the issues identified. Changes were then implemented based on these findings. The project was executed by a team of 3-4 people led by a highly experienced director. The results were successful, with the client observing significant improvements in the IT department's performance.

In another project, Axonier provided Power BI and Data Analytics services to an oil and energy company based in Argentina. Axonier was chosen for their good profiles and competitive pricing. The project involved building reports for managers and creating a service to manage all reporting requests. The project also expanded to include predictive data analysis. The team from Axonier consisted of three Power BI consultants and two data scientists. The project was successful, with the client noting a significant improvement in their reporting and data analysis capabilities.
