Axon Active partnered with Eightcap Pty Ltd, an ASIC regulated financial services company, to replace their legacy platform with a modern serverless implementation. The project involved the construction of a new data layer, web integration, and the development of public APIs for partner integration. The project was executed by four teams, namely the data, API, legacy, and frontend teams, each responsible for different aspects of the project. After evaluating over 50 vendors, Axon Active was selected for their superior performance and services. The result was a modern and efficient platform that met the client's specifications and needs.
In another project, Axon Active was hired by a fintech enterprise to expand their product scope and lifecycle. They provided a scrum team and the client acted as the product owner. The partnership, which began in August 2009, involved the initial development of an online application in Java, which then transitioned to AngularJS. A technical testing team was also established on Axon Active's end. The team size fluctuated, peaking at 50 and sustaining at 35 members.
