The system also aimed to support international sourcing and export operations, while increasing efficiency and reducing manual labor.

Axisero's scope of work involved the design and development of this specialized operating system. This incorporated a centralized CRM system and an inventory management system. Other components included automating quotation generation and multilingual customer communication, creating buyer and supplier databases, and implementing AI-powered matching between buyer requirements and available machinery. Notably, axisero also integrated workflow automation for follow-ups, shipping logistics tracking, and reporting dashboards.
