Avocado Marketing was hired by Oh Happy Home, a company specializing in designing and selling rugs, with the primary objective of enhancing their email management and boosting conversions and sign-ups. The marketing firm was selected due to its high ratings, cost-effectiveness, and comprehensive service offerings. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project, which involved setting up a Klaviyo account for Oh Happy Home, importing all existing lists from a different provider, and designing various email flows such as welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, and win back flows. Additionally, Avocado Marketing was tasked with the ongoing monthly management of email marketing, which included designing, writing copy, and implementing weekly emails to the company's lists.
