Avinix Digital Private Limited was hired by Prompt's Institute of Business Accounting and Taxation to design and develop a complete SaaS-based e-learning and online certification ecosystem. The primary objective of the project was to create a scalable digital platform that would enable the institute to sell, manage, and distribute certification courses online while also enabling a reseller and franchise network to participate in course distribution. Avinix Digital successfully delivered a multi-module system that supports course delivery, student management, reseller operations, and secure online examinations with automated certification. They created a centralized Admin Web Portal for managing courses, students, partners, certifications, and platform operations. A Channel Partner and Reseller Portal was also developed for franchise partners and resellers to manage their students, track orders, and distribute certification programs.
Furthermore, Avinix Digital developed a course selling website for students to browse available certification programs, enroll in courses, and access learning materials online. A significant technical component of the project was the Online Proctoring Platform, which allows the institute to conduct remote examinations securely by monitoring students during tests. This system integrates with the learning platform to automate exam scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation. The platform also includes certificate generation and statement of marks functionality, allowing the system to automatically generate verifiable digital certificates for students who successfully complete their examinations. Avinix Digital also implemented a reseller purchase order management system, streamlining reseller operations and improving overall partner management. The system delivered by Avinix Digital has enabled the institute to scale their e-learning operations, expand their reseller network, and deliver certification programs to students across multiple locations efficiently.
