aVenue Event Group worked with Scorpion, a digital marketing agency, to plan and execute a networking event. The marketing agency booked the venue itself and aVenue was responsible for all other aspects of the event. This included managing floral arrangements, furniture, and custom items such as an ice luge and pillows with the Scorpion logo. aVenue was also the on-site contact for the event as the Scorpion team could not attend. The collaboration took place from December 2019 to February 2020 and cost Scorpion around $22,000.

Lyft, the ride-sharing platform, hired aVenue Event Group to set up multiple experiential marketing events. Over the course of the project, aVenue helped Lyft with five separate events. This included setting up pick up and drop off locations during music festivals, providing resources and materials, setting up events like car washes, and coordinating with other vendors. The collaboration started in May 2019 and cost Lyft between $25,000 and $50,000.

Couture Med Spa engaged aVenue Event Group to handle their client initiation events, which occur twice a year at each of their three locations. aVenue was responsible for all aspects of the events, including food, open bar with bartender, and entertainment.
