Avaibe was contracted by Next Generation School to design and develop a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) named Minbar. The project involved the creation of a scalable web application with three distinct user roles (Admin, Tutor, Learner), the implementation of secure authentication, and the development of tools for tutors to manage courses, modules, chapters, videos, and assessments. The key deliverables were a structured learner dashboard with progress tracking, wishlist, comments, video notes, and automated certificate generation, an admin panel for managing users, roles, and course moderation, and a fully responsive frontend built with React.js and a robust backend using Node.js, NestJS, and MongoDB. The completed platform provides a smooth, interactive learning experience with real-time engagement features and comprehensive content management capabilities. The Next Generation School chose Avaibe for this project due to their high ratings, proximity, budget-friendly pricing, and a referral. The project was executed by a team of 2-5 employees from Avaibe.
