Avahi

Avahi was engaged by a human resources coaching company to assist in the development of an AI agent and integrate Amazon Web Services (AWS). The client company, which focuses on fostering a sense of belonging, resilience, and high performance in the workplace, sought out Avahi upon referral and due to their partnership with AWS. A team of two to five Avahi employees worked on this project. Their key tasks included creating unique agent profiles tailored to three diverse client settings: a government accelerator program, a public utility, and a global tech company. This was achieved while ensuring all personas operated on the same core pipeline.

Despite the challenging remit encompassing disparate environments, Avahi successfully delivered the project with exemplary results. Each digitally administered environment, while differing in tone and coaching emphasis, operated seamlessly on the same foundational pipeline. This was a testament to the skill and adaptability of the Avahi team, which remained lean and efficient, comprising a maximum of five members.
